Great location next to the airport. Easy to find and get to from the airport train station. Everything signposted to help with this, too. Had everything you needed for an overnight stay before travelling. Great value. Clean and welcoming. Food and drink facilities are available in the hotel. Nice touch having free tea and coffee available in the bar area, and you could take things up to your room. Nice to know you can also use restaurants and bars in other airport hotels, like the Holiday Inn opposite, if you want to venture out the evening before you travel. Friendly and helpful staff. Suitable for any traveller, whether that be a couple like us, or we also saw business people and families staying there. A 24-hour desk meant it was nice to see someone when checking out in the early hours, too (especially if any help was needed). Would definitely do a stay here for travel purposes again.

2 minute walk to the airport made it effective for our early flight. Drinks and snacks available and a very good bar and restaurant over the road.

This hotel is spotless and modern. I Especially liked the coffee facilities in the downstairs lobby rather than in the room and fresh baked croissants and pain au chocolates for breakfast. The staff were brilliant, very helpful and made our stay more enjoyable, and our room was huge we had a triple room and can’t fault it, clean and comfortable with a nice shower. Perfect and we will definitely stay there again in the future.

The Ibis budget hotel is a minimalist but with all the basic facilities.. The hotel is conveniently located about 10 minutes walk to Manchester Airport T2. Staff are friendly. There was an unlimited supply (DIY) of coffee and tea, but no bottle water available to buy even at a premium price on thay evening (13 Sept) and that was a bit disappointing. (We went to the Holiday Inn next door to buy a bottle of water.).

Comfortable clean budget hotel in a good location - can walk to and from airport. Liked the access to free tea and coffee. Cafe style food service was good and well run despite being very busy. Staff did a great job during very busy period.

Does what it says on tin, BUDGET! Had zero expectation although very pleasantly surprised hence the full top marks, exceptionally good value. Was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary hot drinks coffees etc, yummy a free hot chocolate to go to bed with, perfect sleep then early flight. Well done team Ibis Budget MCR airport :)

Great location (once we found it), great budget option considering you are probably only spending a few hours in it. Nice new rooms, nice bathroom. Meets its purpose, would stay again if had another early morning flight or got back at a stupid time.

It is literally 2 minutes walk from Terminal 2. It has limited food but there is a lovely restaurant you can use directly across the road in the holiday Inn. The Ibis budget is absolutely perfect for travellers needing an overnight stay before they fly out on holiday or if you just need to relax if you get back late from holiday and want to travel back the next day. It was very clean, the staff were friendly. You can have unlimited tea and coffee. The rooms have plenty of charging points for your devices including USB ports.
